I'm starting a review of the PAC and Principal APIs project, ending January 10, 2009.

   The PAC and principal APIs project defines some APIs that are useful in an
   active-directory enviroment.

                              * 3 User to User tickets
                                      * 4 Constants
                                      

This is in some sense a catch all project for some APIs that Luke has
introduced into the krb5 library.
