For clarification: I'm pretty sure this means to include telnet, ftp,
appl/bsd and libpty, and wouldn't include the simple client programs
like kinit, klist, etc. But:
* should the sample apps (gss-sample, sample, simple, user_user)
stay in the tree as examples and/or for testing?
* should ksu be considered an application and pushed out?
Personally, I'd say "yes" to the latter, and probably to the first
though we may want to stop installing some of those programs by
default, or move them out of $bindir.
