PROXY tickets and GSSAPI

Well, one of the difficulties here lies in how to determine what all the
service tickets needed to print to any printer in some organization
would be. Never mind the lack of a name service than can answer such
questions very easily - it might turn out to be many, many proxy tickets.

Better to have on-demand ticket proxying. Or "restricted" TGTs where
"restricted" means that they carry some authz-data that efficiently
(space-wise) tells the TGS what services the ticket holder may actually
get tickets for.
