help for using kerberise rlogin

Hello all,
1. I have a linux 7.2 client and windows KDC. I want to connect through the
rlogin with the ip of KDC from linux client.

The error message is
kdc: Connection refused

2.
Now i am trying to connect the kerberos service such a rlogin.

i am gettin error
error getting credentials: Ticket not yet valid
krb_sendauth failed: You have no tickets cached

and it asks for password.
let me know where i went wrong.
